Terms of Use

I spend a lot of time creating my activities, assignments, and rubrics. I ask that you please respect that. I keep my prices low and offer free products because I know what it's like to teach in the ever-changing digital age. But I need to be reimbursed for my work.

I include a Terms of Use on all documents; it's a bit technical, so here it is in a nutshell:

If you download one of my activities, assignments, rubrics, etc, DON'T:

• copy them and claim them as your own.
• give them away/sell to other people.
• post them on the internet - for anyone to access for free.
• alter them then post them on the internet - for anyone to access for free.
• alter them and claim them as your own (and/or worse...sell them).

If you download one of my activities, assignments, rubrics, etc, YOU CAN:

• copy them and share the physical copies with your students.
• make alterations as long as credit is given to me with "adapted from ©2015 BelindaBernum @ MsElaineousCommunication" on the original document.
• post the original (and altered versions) on a password protected virtual learning environment and course management system such as Blackboard/D2L.
